This includes adhering to a Customer Bill of Rights. Should we fail to live up to any of these commitments, please let us know so that we can address the matter immediately. - Respectful, professional and accurate responses to your questions and concerns
- Copies of all documents pertaining to purchase
- Privacy and confidentiality of customer records
- Product that is properly prepared, inspected and tested before delivery
- Timely delivery of product
- An explanation of the proper usage and operation of product
- An owner's manual that explains maintenance requirements and schedules established for your product
- Written copies and explanations of all warranty information on your purchase
- Timely response to service and warranty issues
- Maintenance & repair work done by certified company representatives
