Guys thanks for all your hard work and dedication!! It has been almost three years since I first started penciling this project on paper. I must tell you that there are no words to describe how your organization has taken some of my ideas and vision and brought it to reality. Sumerset and crew have absolutely out done its self this time. The quality and attention to detail is over the top. The bar has been raised to an all new high in house boat manufacturing and you and your team should be so proud of themselves. I certainly am! It is almost bitter sweet because I enjoy the building process with team at Sumerset so much. The good lord willing this will certainly not be my last project. I did not have everyone’s email so I ask that you will please forward this onto the whole team. May many blessings be upon all of you in these challenging times.

We have sold our boat! And it was to someone who saw it on your site. We got more “serious” calls from that listing than anything else we tried. We sold it to a couple who are live-aboards. They have friends who have a Sumerset and so that’s why they started looking.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to share with you how appreciative we are on the level of customer service we have received from Sumerset over the past month. Greg Baldwin has been amazing in his responsiveness and attention to detail. Even though we have made numerous changes, he has never once made us feel guilty about it and he has been extremely helpful in making design recommendations.

We then had an opportunity to work with Donna Hoffman this past week on designing a master shower and had a very similar experience. In addition to the shower, Donna reviewed our contract and proposed several additional up grades which we could not be happier with.

We seldom take the time to recognize those individuals that provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis but these two have given us an extremely positive outlook on our decision to build a custom Sumerset.
