Somerset, KY — “Sumerset is extremely excited about being a recipient of the National Marine Manufacturer Association (NMMA) CSI Award for 2008 – Sterndrive Houseboats. The Harbor Testimonial

Monday, Nov. 5 2007

Steve,

Just wanted you to know what a great job Sumerset Transport did bringing in and rigging the Coleman boat in this weekend. Kudos to Paul, Bake, Caruso and Wes on an outstanding delivery.

I wish you were here to see how supportive, informative and customer oriented each man was to the Colemans. They took extra effort during the rigging process and then spent extra time with the customers personally after we got it to the dock to really make Ken and Ali comfortable and proud their new boat.

They took a potentially difficult situation in stride and were terrific ambassadors for the company and our product.

We’ve still got a number of items to punch out, but my hats off to everyone at TEAM SUMERSET on the execution of unique boat. It was truly a team effort.
