Dear Steve and Team Sumerset ,

Steve, first of all let me thank you and the entire Team Sumerset for making Mary and I welcome during the building process of Riverbreeze II. We miss seeing and visiting with you guys since Riverbreeze II came to life. After working 32 years in the service field, I am very envious of how well each and everyone worked together and truly valued the job that they were doing for us as a customer. We were very fortunate to have experienced first hand the building process of Riverbreeze II as we visited each day during lunchtime. Of course, it all started with Greg Smith in sales who by the way was as gracious, professional, and helpful the second time around as he was with Riverbreeze II, to Fred Browning who patiently drew and redrew on his CAD system the many changes that were discussed, to Donna Hoffman for the interior décor suggestions, to Nancy Rimas for each day’s web site pictures, to Greg Baldwin our great project manager, to the greatest houseboat building team ever assembled, and finally to the best delivery team who put Riverbreeze II together in the worst weather conditions imaginable for our 340 mile trip from Kentucky Dam to Guntersville,Al. For us to take delivery in Kentucky and drive her home is a great testament of our confidence in the high quality of your product. Of course the Sumerset story did not end with the delivery of Riverbreeze II, as it continued with your service team headed up by the very helpful and knowledgeable Greg Conklin and the service technicians Roy Chumbly and Bobby Edwards who are as strong asset to your company as your build team. Both Roy and Bobby are very service oriented and called to check on us after completing our small punch list. You rarely witness those traits in the service industry any more and should be very proud of the team that you have assembled at Sumerset. Needless to say Mary and I are extremely happy with our new home and who knows what the future has for us but if it’s another houseboat, we’ll be seeing you and our wonderful friends at Sumerset. If you ever need a reference for a potential customer, please send them our way. Once again, thank you and Team Sumerset for making the entire building process of Riverbreeze II such a pleasure.
