I want to personally thank you and your team for hosting Danielle and I last week when we visited the factory for our design session. The great hospitality shown by Sumerset at this year’s Houseboat Expo and the reception afterwards was only exceeded by our incredible visit to the factory. What a fantastic week! After having such a great ownership experience with our 2005 Sumerset we had no doubt that we would own a newer, larger Sumerset one day. All of the time we have spent with you, Johnny Flatt, Donna Hoffman, Greg Baldwin, and Fred Browning has been enjoyable and further supports our decision to build a new Sumerset. Everyone at the factory was so helpful and patient with us and made the design process a lot of fun. I have to commend the Schwan family and the Holiday Boat Sales staff in giving us great customer support in Georgia and making these two new Sumerset purchases a reality.
