Amanda and I are Sumerset’s new biggest fans. In my first email, we commented on our high level of satisfaction with the sales/marketing and the design phase of our houseboat purchasing experience. Now we are in the middle of what I thought would be the hardest part, the waiting. However, Sumerset’s web based daily photos allow the customer to in effect; take a site visit to observe the day’s construction. Each day we eagerly await the progress photos so we can learn more about our new Sumerset. Nancy Rimas has done an outstanding job taking our photos. And per our request, she is giving us a play-by-play for each day’s progress. This is truly a first class service and one of the features which surely sets apart the “Sumerset Experience” from that of other manufacturers.

I also want to point out the exceptional service we have received from Mr. Greg Baldwin. His can-do attitude and prompt response to email and phone messages is most appreciated. Fred Browning is another valuable member of the Sumerset team. Our Cad drawings are exceptional and all changes were handled almost immediately. He has done an outstanding job as well.

Steve, while we are most impressed with our experience thus far, we are not the only ones. Our brokers Tony Ashley and Greg Taylor at Center Hill Marine Brokerage have had many years of houseboating experience. They have been through this process multiple times with many different manufacturers. The level of satisfaction with their first Sumerset experience only makes us more confident that we are in good hands.
