Steve,

It was great to meet you yesterday. We are very excited about our new boat. Yesterday began with some trepidation but ended all smiles as far as Amanda and I are concerned. This is a big commitment for us and my wife was very worried about how our boat would look. Your entire team did a great job and made us feel like family. We are most appreciative.

I wanted to provide a little more feedback to you concerning Greg Smith. I have been in sales almost 15 years. I love the process whether I am doing the buying or the selling. Every salesperson I spoke with in the industry with the exception of Greg had a little of the “used car salesman” in them. I spoke with at least 15 brokers and or dealers and Greg was like a diamond in the rough. He was thoughtful, patient, respectful and sold to his strengths and not your competitions weaknesses. His attitude and professionalism along with your companies’ great reputation are what got us to the table.

We met Donna for the first time yesterday. As I mentioned my wife began the day very nervous, but after we had been with Donna for 15 minutes my wife whispered to me that she was no longer worried about it. She has a great sense of style and my wife picked up on that immediately. She did a wonderful job and we could not be more pleased with the options we had to choose from and the decisions that we made.

Everyone else that we met yesterday seems to be great and we look forward to working with them as we go forward. Lastly, the board at the entrance welcoming us was a small touch of class that made a huge impression on us. It was a little thing but it made us feel very important.
