Ron Mercer, one of the principal owners of Sumerset Houseboats, congratulated Brock Roberts, Welding Tech III, on earning the company’s Employee of the Month honor for January. Mercer visited the manufacturing plant in Somerset, Ky., on Feb. 13 during the All-Star break in his NBA schedule. The former Kentucky All-American now plays for the San Antonio Spurs.
