Mr. Lochmueller;

I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with your facility and the staff at Sumerset Houseboats. My wife and I purchased a 2002 20X90 from Holiday Boat Sales in Atlanta to live on full time. Due to a problem with the waste tanks I had to replace the tanks on the rear head. I call Greg Conklin he was very helpful and lined up a date and time for me to drive up from Andersonville (20 miles north of Knoxville) and pick the tank up. I ask Greg if it was possible to take a tour of the plant and he arranged for me to walk thru with Nancy Rimas and she was perfect for the job. My visit started by meeting your receptionist, Alicia Conklin, who made me feel right at home.

I had some question for your technical folks, in which Nancy rounded up and they were very helpful. Sammy and Greg Smith were the folks that help me they were knowledgeable.

This is the first Somerset houseboat that my wife and I have owned, it won’t be the last.

Once again you have a great facility and a fabulous staff
